Run the house · keep the books

A live overlay, a full ledger and an auction clock for hosting money games in Minecraft. You run the round; it reads every payment out of chat, does the payout maths, and remembers exactly who you owe.

The games

Two ways to run the room.
One set of books.

Switch between them whenever you like. Both pour into the same session profit, so it never matters how you mixed the night — the number at the bottom of the card is what you actually made.

Gamble mode

They pay in. You call it.

  1. 1Someone pays you. The payment lands in chat and they join the lineup at the exact stake they sent.
  2. 2You run the round — paper game, arrow game, coinflip, whatever your house plays.
  3. 3Tap → for a win or ← for a loss. Your hands never leave the game.
  4. 4A win pays out at your multiplier — typed into chat for you to confirm, or sent instantly if you'd rather.

Below your minimum? Filed as a donation, kept, never played. Above your maximum? Split into even bets.

Auction mode

Set the clock. Let them fight.

  1. 1Pick a timer, a minimum bid and an increment, then hit start.
  2. 2They bid by paying you live: 5M, then 5.1M, 5.2M — each bid must clear the last by the increment.
  3. 3Short of it? That is a donation, not a bid. Passed bids flip to outbid on the board as it happens.
  4. 4At zero the card goes to GOING… for your stream delay, then the top bidder wins and it is written into the ledger.

Tips and auto-refunds are counted separately, so the auction total is only ever real bids.

The overlay

Built to be read
at a glance.

Flat black, square corners, one amber edge. Three deliberate tiers of weight, the way a scoreboard is set — so the room can read it from a thumbnail and you can read it mid-round.

The overlay, at the size it sits on your screen.

  • 1The clock is the headline. Big, centred, no label — ramping green to amber to red as it runs down, then pulsing through the last seconds.
  • 2Who's up sits at one and a half times. The name and the amount the room is actually watching, with what a win pays underneath it in green.
  • 3The terms get the least weight. Min, max and multiplier collapse into one faint line — reference material, not the headline.
  • ·Every press shows. → Win sweeps the bet green, ← Lose sweeps it red and strikes the stake, then it lifts away and the next bet moves up. Under a second, so you can tell a press landed even when the same player is next.
  • ·No doubling, handled for you. Turn it on and the card just says NO DOUBLING. Bets queue as normal; if a player's bet loses and their next one is about double it, that bet rolls up, flashes DOUBLE and is refunded or kept (your call, separately for doubles and close doubles), then the next bet moves up. If the first bet wins, the bigger one plays like any other, and so does a bet paid more than five minutes (your number) after the loss.
  • ·Donations get their moment. The instant someone pays under the minimum, their name and amount take over the bet that is up for about a second, sweep pink, then hand the spot straight back.
  • ·Games on the card, or not. Each game has its own on-HUD switch, so you can advertise some on the overlay and put the rest wherever else you like.
  • ·Colour carries meaning, not decoration. Money in is green, money out is red, tips are pink, auto-refunds are aqua, and every named game wears its own colour as a chip.
  • ·Place it once, forget it. /bet move — drag it, scroll or +/- to resize, arrows to nudge a pixel. The anchor corner box pins it to one corner of your screen — that corner lights up with a dotted line to the card — so it holds its place whatever your window or GUI scale does.
  • ·Your house, your name. /bet title puts your casino on the card, and /bet lineup shows one to ten bets at a time with the rest counted as waiting.
  • ·The foot is the real number. Session profit, what you have paid out, and the net you actually walk away with.
Stream overlays

Your stream's scoreboard.
Right on the game.

Top wins and money given away, floating over the world with nothing behind them — the way the big streams run it. Drag, resize, recolour and rename both.

TOTAL GIVEN AWAY

GIVEN AWAY THIS STREAM

Both overlays over a live game, at their default size.

  • ·Top wins this stream. Rank, player head and what they have won this session, biggest first. Rank by total won or by each player's biggest single win, and show one to ten places.
  • ·Given away. Everything you have paid winners, plus tributes, for this stream and all-time. Add a head start so the all-time figure counts what you gave away before the helper.
  • ·Yours to style. Every title is editable, every colour cycles, fonts switch between Minecraft's and the menu face, shadows go on or off, heads go on or off.
  • ·Drag, scroll, done. /bet overlays — drag either one anywhere, scroll to resize. Each pins itself to the nearest screen corner, so it stays put when your window changes.
The tracker

Every payment. Every player.
Down to the second.

Type /bet and the whole ledger opens: a live balance graph, everyone who has ever paid you, what each of them is up or down against the house, and every bet they placed with exactly how it ended.

The tracker, with the payout layer switched on.

  • ·A balance graph across the top. Your profit charted as bets settle, with the true walk-away line — profit minus everything you have paid out — riding under it in red.
  • ·Session or all-time, one tap. Every figure, list and graph on the screen follows the scope you picked.
  • ·Each player's own net. Green when they are up on the house, red when the house is up on them — the mirror of what you made off them.
  • ·Click a name, see every bet. Timestamped to the second, with how it ended: won at 2× and paid, lost, queued, donation, leading bid, outbid, won the auction, refunded.
  • ·Bets and payments, one tap apart. Money coming in and money going out each get their own list — flip between them instead of scrolling past one to reach the other.
  • ·Sort it your way. Biggest or smallest first by amount, or latest and oldest by time, whoever put in the most or whoever was last. Each player's own bets follow the same order.
  • ·Search as you type. One box filters both lists at once.
  • ·Run the night without typing a command. Five tabs — House rules, Games, Auction, Sessions, HUD & overlays — hold every setting: min, max and payout, the HUD title and lineup, win and lose buttons for the bet that is up, paying a player, every game and its tag step, the auction, naming and starting sessions, and both overlays. The commands still work; you just never need them.
  • ·Wiping is deliberate. Reset session starts a fresh numbered session and all-time keeps the old rows; Reset all asks a second time before anything clears.
Paying out

The part that usually
goes wrong.

Payouts are where a busy night falls apart: the wrong name, a zero too many, a winner you forgot. Every one of those is handled.

The win key does the maths

Mark a win and the payout is already worked out at your multiplier — with the game fee folded back in — and written into chat as a /pay for you to confirm. Prefer it instant? /bet winkey pay drops the chat step entirely.

Pay anyone, tracked

/bet <player> <amount> pays them and logs it as a tribute — so it lands under the PAYMENTS list, in the red line on the graph, and in the PAID OUT and NET rows on the overlay. An ordinary /pay never touches your books.

It knows who you mean

Start typing and the names come ranked: people you just dealt with, then the players nearest you, then everyone online, then everyone in your ledger. Half a name is enough — a unique prefix resolves to the real one.

It reads amounts the way you say them
2m2.5M750k 5 mil1.5 billion3bil 2,500,000$2m4t

Commas, currency signs, spacing and the long words all get understood, so you can type a payout the way it was said out loud instead of counting zeros mid-round.

House rules

Set the terms once.
It enforces them.

Arrow-key judging

Right for a win, left for a loss, up and down to move the payout multiplier mid-round — anywhere from 0.5× to 1000×. The house has to be armed before the arrows do anything, so an arrow press in ordinary play is never a payout.

→win←lose ↑mult +↓mult −

Minimum and maximum

Anything under the minimum is filed as a donation — kept, never played, counted on its own. Anything over the maximum is split into even bets instead of being quietly capped, so a whale gets the rounds they paid for.

Named games, three ways

Tag: the game rides on the bet in one payment — 25.1M is a 25M bet on Arrow, 25.2M on Paper. The step sizes itself from your minimum, so a 100M-minimum table reads 301M as 300M on Arrow. Extra: a small fee paid separately, after the bet. Exact: one exact amount, say 264M, is that game. Tags and extras can be refunded either way or kept as part of the bet, per game.

Stream-delay window

Your viewers are seconds behind you. Type a grace window of up to two minutes into the auction card and a bid that lands inside it still counts — the card shows GOING… and a last-call countdown so the room knows the round is not quite over.

Auto-refund

Money that lands after the window is paid straight back at the exact amount and marked refunded — or kept and flagged for you to settle by hand. Either way it never quietly inflates the auction total.

Sessions that keep history

Start a fresh session per night and name it. Each keeps its number, start time, bet count and its own profit, and all-time keeps every session you have ever run. Turning the house off never clears anything.

Questions

Before you download

Is it actually free?+
Yes. No key, no account, no trial, no sign-in screen. The download on this page is the whole thing.
Which servers does it work on?+
Any server you can join — it runs on your side and learns about money by reading the payment lines in your chat. The reader is written against DonutSMP-style messages, so that is where it is sharpest, and it is deliberately tolerant of wording elsewhere.
Does it pay people for me?+
Your choice. By default a win writes /pay <player> <payout> into your chat box with the maths already done and you press enter. Switch to /bet winkey pay and it sends straight away — handy when the room is moving fast.
What if someone pays the wrong amount?+
It is handled by rule, not by hand. Under your minimum it becomes a donation. Over your maximum it splits into even bets. In an auction, a bid that does not clear the increment is a donation, and money that lands after the clock can refund itself automatically. Everything keeps its own label in the ledger.
Do I have to be streaming?+
Not at all. The overlay is built to read well on a stream, but it is just as useful to a host running a table for friends. The stream-delay window is the only feature aimed at broadcasting, and it sits at zero until you set it.
Where does my ledger live?+
On your own disk, in config/nacholabs, next to the rest of your game files. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is shared.
Can I run it on more than one account?+
Yes — it is free and unlocked, so install it wherever you host from. Each installation keeps its own books, its own sessions and its own overlay position.
Ready

Open the house
properly.

One jar, no sign-in, and books that still make sense at the end of the night.
